Each Seabike acquisition grants the owner a $15,000 USD Yacht Purchase Privilege, applicable exclusively toward the purchase of a brand-new Fountaine Pajot catamaran or Dufour yacht,, arranged solely through yacht Boatmarket Corp.
This privilege is extended to a select clientele and is designed to complement the acquisition of a yacht of distinction.
Private Terms & Conditions
The $15,000 USD Private Purchase Certificate may be applied only toward the contractual purchase price of a new, factory-ordered Fountaine Pajot catamaran or Dufour yacht.
All yacht purchases utilizing the Certificate must be executed exclusively through exclusively through Boatmarket Corp, acting as the sole authorized transaction party.
The Certificate is valid strictly for new yacht purchases and may not be applied to brokerage, pre-owned, demonstration, charter, or inventory vessels.
Only one (1) Certificate may be applied per yacht purchase, regardless of the number of Seabikes acquired.
The Certificate is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-negotiable, carries no cash value, and may not be redeemed, exchanged, substituted, monetized, or converted into cash, credits, rebates, services, or any other form of consideration under any circumstances.
The Certificate may not be combined with any other incentive, promotion, rebate, discount, preferential pricing, or special arrangement.
The Certificate remains the exclusive property of Boatmarket Corp until formally accepted and applied at the time of execution of a qualifying new yacht purchase agreement.
Boatmarket Corp retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine Certificate eligibility, interpretation, applicability, and final acceptance.
This privilege is void where prohibited by law and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn by Boatmarket Corp at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Eligibility for the Certificate requires the direct purchase of a Seabike exclusively through BMYacht.com. Purchases made through third-party resellers, distributors, marketplaces, or private transactions are not eligible. Proof of qualifying Seabike purchase must be submitted to Boatmarket Corp for verification prior to Certificate issuance.
In the event of any cancellation, return, chargeback, refund, dispute, or reversal of the Seabike purchase for any reason, the associated Certificate shall be immediately void, invalid, and unenforceable.
